13 years.
One purpose.
“Massage is more than physical — and I treat it that way.”
Bodywork, mindfulness and positive psychology, combined into sessions that work on your wellbeing.
I’ve been a massage therapist for over thirteen years. Early in my practice I realized that helping people well meant understanding more than anatomy — how the body holds stress and fatigue, how emotions settle into muscle, even the hesitation many people feel before their first session.
My foundation is hands-on: Deep Tissue and Reflexology at ITM in Chiang Mai, and Chiromassage and Sports Massage in Spain. From there I went deeper into the mind–body side, earning university expert diplomas in Mindfulness, Emotional Management, and Positive Psychology at La Salle in Madrid — the study of recognizing our strengths and using them daily. That path led me back to Thailand, to Koh Phangan, for a Traditional Hatha yoga teacher training that tied breath and movement into everything else.
Today I combine all of it into one approach: massage that treats you as a whole person — body and mind together.

Been seeing Richard regularly for months. Super experienced and professional. He understands human physiology and finds problem areas very quickly. My back is in much better shape after each session.
