Richard Body Treatment, operated by Richard Hidalgo (sole proprietorship, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 60818662), located at Zeedijk 33-H, 1012 AR Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.
What data we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.
We do not collect any other personal data. This website does not use analytics tracking, advertising cookies, or profiling of any kind.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule appointments, and communicate with you about our services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and — where a booking follows — the performance of a contract.
We will never sell your data or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
How your data is processed
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our email inbox via Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. Their servers may be located outside the European Economic Area; where that is the case, transfers are safeguarded through the European Commission’s approved mechanisms.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Standard technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) may be processed briefly by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting appointments. Correspondence related to invoices is kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Other messages are deleted within 2 years of our last contact.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
